• Continue to provide a "Safe Haven" shelter for women and children who are victims of domestic abuse.
• Developing support groups that will provide opportunities for victims to express feelings, share experiences, develop safety plans, and learn life skills that will help to free them from abusive situations.

These goals will be funded through:

• 1001 Good Samaritan Program (60%)
• Pursuing grants from foundations and the federal government (40%)
